1.Responsible for the investment and acquisition and capital operation of artificial intelligence, VR/AR and intelligent hardware industry;

2.Conduct in-depth industry research; collect industry dynamic and industry data; direct investment in high-growth unlisted companies;

3.Lead the team to find and obtain high-quality private financing or merger and acquisition projects and other business opportunities; Establish and improve effective project acquisition system;

4.Gather various resources; responsible for the overall process of the project; negotiate and draw up investment terms and plans;

5.Supervise, manage and offer post service to investment projects; assist to develop and maintain investor relations;

6.Provide necessary support to company platform construction and other team business; guide and cultivate members within the team;

1. Master degree or above in key universities ( bachelor degree is allowed for excellent students );

2. More than 5 years work experience in artificial intelligence or smart hardware; more than 3 years management experience;

3. Have a deep understanding of industry development and market pattern; familiar with the development status, trend, frontier technology, market and business model of the industry;

4. Strong ability of project excavation; lead the team to explore potential projects independently and follow up the investment; at least work one or more projects that have been invested or acquired in this industry;

5. Have global consciousness; have strong strategic judgment and decision-making ability, organizational management ability, logical thinking ability and interpersonal skills.
